Return & Refund Policy
Overview Because Afroda products are custom-made and tailored specifically to your measurements, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection provided by the customer. All sales of made-to-measure items are final.
Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@afroda.shop with:

Refund Process (For Defective Items Only) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to a manufacturing error, send us an email at support@afroda.shop.
